Terms of Service

1.Agreement
By accessing vaelt.xyz or engaging VAELT for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.2.Services
VAELT provides websites, booking systems, automations, and business systems built for clients on a project basis. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins.3.Payment
Projects typically require a deposit before work starts, with the balance due on delivery or per an agreed milestone schedule. Payments are processed through Fiverr or by direct invoice, depending on the engagement.4.Timelines and Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided at project start. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes may extend delivery dates.5.Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, agreed at project start. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra cost.6.Intellectual Property
Full ownership of the final delivered work transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. VAELT retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.7.Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any stage. Work completed up to the cancellation point is billable. Deposits already paid for work in progress are non-refundable.8.Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If VAELT fails to deliver the agreed scope with no communication, a partial refund may be issued at VAELT's sole discretion.9.Limitation of Liability
VAELT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of delivered work. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.10.Changes
VAELT may update these terms at any time. Continued use of vaelt.xyz constitutes acceptance of the current terms.11.Contact
